The site would also affiliate scientific training center, three experimental clinics to implement and promote own products and services. | New motor bridge across Dniper river (Kremenchug) with infrastructure, $1500M
The bridge is an alternative to the old one which had been mounted on woolen piles since 1949 in Kremenchuk, one of the most developed industrial cities of Ukraine. The new motorway together with a bridge will be over 30 km long and will consist of two separate structures three lines each. Construction period - over 3 years, money return - 7 years (toll charge of 100,000 private cars crossing river daily). To accelerate and enhance money return, Investor would be granted by unlimited corporate rights for usage of extensive land spot 5000-7000 ha suitable for different projects - such as, allocation of free economic zone, cargo terminal "Europe-Asia" cargo airport, cargo river port, hotels, banks, storages, aqua-parks and others. APM LTD is looking for a foreign investor/partner to buy in joint property and boost running of fully operational Oil Refinery Plant in Crimea, 200 tones daily crude oil capacity. Foreign partner is required of $4.5 M, 75% of shares, with an obligation to lease up to 25% to APM during 18 months. Expected net income from selling petroleum products - $3.0M per year.
